The picturesque CroYdon Vineyard Estate is just outside Somerset West, the gateway to the Cape wine region. Situated under the gaze of the Helderberg mountain range and with the views of Table Mountain, it provides the tranquility of the Winelands minutes away from the buzz of the city.

The vineyards that grow on the Estate reflect the lifestyle of CroYdon, where residents enjoy the winery and lifestyle centre in a secure wine making community.

In addition to magnificent sunrises and sunsets and views of the Helderberg Mountains and Table Mountain, CroYdon offers residents a relaxed rural lifestyle on a working wine farm. Security is excellent and parents feel quite happy for their children to ride their bikes in the streets.

Within a 20 minute drive from CroYdon Vineyard Estate are some of the top restaurants in South Africa with Rust en Vrede,Terroir and Waterkloof featuring regularly in the Eat Out Top Ten. Nearby Waterstone Shopping Centre, Somerset Mall and the surrounding retail estates offer anything you could possibly need. In addition, specialised food shops, craft markets and butchers are close by.

The gardens attract yet more birdlife with sunbirds, prineas, wagtails and pin tailed whydas a common sight on a sunny spring morning. Cape hares run through the vineyards and Cape dwarf chameleons have started appearing in gardens. A sure sign that the CroYdon eco system isn’t just attractive to human habitation. For sheer quality of life CroYdon Vineyard Estate is the perfect place to be.
